Police Blotter: Weekend In Arrests
The following arrest information was supplied by the Waterford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Aug. 5
Randy Davenport, 31, of 93 State Pier Rd, New London, was charged at 7:52 p.m. with interfering with an officer: non-assaultive and possession of less than .5 ounces of marijuana.
Aug. 6
Velvet Roman, 29, of 102 Bishop Ave, New London, was charged at 3:15 p.m. with driving a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked.
Joshua Martin, 24, of 33 Beach St, Clinton, was charged at 3:21 p.m. with second-degree failure to appear and driving a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked.
Michael Stepski, 35, of 140 Four Mile River Rd, Old Lyme, was charged at 8:40 p.m. with breach of peace and third-degree strangulation.
Aug. 7
Lavonne Gardiner, 61, of 123 Montauk Ave, New London, was charged at 4:37 p.m. with driving a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked.
Dominick Santamaria, 43, of 3 Mcuroy Ct, Old Lyme, was charged at 2:35 p.m. with fifth-degree larceny.
