Police Blotter: Weekend In Arrests
The following arrest information was supplied by the Waterford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
May 4
David Edgar, 23, of 29 Pine St, was charged at 2:30 p.m. with disorderly conduct, first-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an officer.
Chithambaram Neelakandan, 37, of 35 Crouch St, Groton, was charged at 7:23 p.m. with leaving a child unsupervised.
Rebecca Seder, 35, of 193 Old Colchester Rd, was charged at 8:47 p.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast for conditions and illegal manufacturing, selling or possession of drugs.
