Police Blotter: Week in Arrests
The following arrest information was supplied by the Waterford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Nov. 22
Jean Russell, 78, of 138 Old Norwich Rd, was charged at 3 p.m. with allowing a dog to roam, violation of a dog quarantine and interfering with an officer.
Ryan DuFault, 27, of 55 Hayward Ave, Colchester, was charged at 4:30 p.m. with misuse of plates, not having proper motor vehicle insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
Adnan Baglan, 43, of 258 S Frontage Rd, New London, was charged at 12:35 p.m. with not having proper motor vehicle insurance, driving while license is suspended from a DUI and failure to register motor vehicle eligible for commercial registration.

Nicole Giansanti, 25, of 8 Ridgewood Dr, Norwich, was charged at 2:55 a.m. with driving a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked and driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
Nov. 25
Dennis Borders, 46, of 465 Boston Post Road, was charged at 2:29 p.m. with criminal violation of a restraining order: threatening.
Dame Samb, 26, of 368 West 127th St, New York, NY, was charged at 10:25 a.m. with fourth-degree larceny.
Alioune Sarr, 23, of 261 West 116 St, New York, NY, was charged at 10:25 a.m. with fourth-degree larceny and illegal use of a credit card.

Edward Thomas, 53, of 156 Garfield, New London, was charged at 3:37 p.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, driving while license is suspend for DUI, evading responsibility and not having proper motor vehicle insurance.
Jose Carrero, 35, of no certain address, was charged at 5:32 p.m. with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a shoplifting device.
Julio Esteves, 24, of 7 Sunnicrest Dr, was charged at 5:32 p.m. with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a shoplifting device.
Nov. 27
Michael Ballestrini, 24, of 3 Fifth Ave, was charged at 3:30 a.m. with failure to drive right and driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
Felicia Strong, 20, of 202 Broad St, New London, was charged at 9:05 p.m. with risk of injury to a minor and sixth-degree larceny.
