Police Blotter: Week in Arrests
The following arrest information was supplied by the Waterford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Dec. 19
Benjamin Carbone, 56, of 7 Lee Rd, was charged at 7:18 p.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
Dec. 20
Justin Lebel, 23, of 10 Stranard Rd, Lisbon, was charged at 4:30 p.m. with not having proper motor vehicle insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and improper tinting of windows.
John Perry, 40, of 5 Hamast Ave, was charged at 10 a.m. with interfering with an officer.
Dec. 21
Edward Orbe, 35, of 69 Ridgewood Circle, New London, was charged at 4:30 p.m. with two counts of sixth-degree larceny, intimidation based on bigotry or bias: threatening, first-degree intimidation based on bigotry or bias: serious injury, interfering with an officer and second-degree intimidation based on bigotry or bias: threatening.
Alexander Polino, 28, of 42 Cherrygate Lane, Trumbell, was charged at 6 p.m. with four-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit a crime, reckless driving and driving a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked.
Joseph Jenkins, 27, of 42 Cherrygate Lane, Trumbell, was charged at 6 p.m. with four-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit a crime, reckless driving and driving a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked.
Billy Wallis, 62, of 9 Maple Ave, Norwich, was charged at 8:29 p.m. with failure to obey a control signal and driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
Nicole Marcoux, 28, of 1017 Providence Pike, Danielson, was charged at 10:30 a.m. with fifth-degree larceny: shoplifting.
Lon DeMartino, 51, of 753 Bank St, New London, was charged at 10:23 a.m. with fifth-degree larceny: theft from building.
One 18-year-old was charged on Dec. 19 with third-degree criminal mischief.
One male was charged on Dec. 19 with disorderly conduct.
Four people were charged on Dec. 21 with sixth-degree larceny: shoplifting.
Two people were charged on Dec. 22 with sixth-degree larceny: shoplifting.
