Police Blotter: Week In Arrests

The following arrest information was supplied by the Waterford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

June 18

Melissa Carlow, 44, of 50 Hempstead St, New London, was charged at 1:25 a.m. with attempt to commit a crime, sixth-degree larceny, first-degree criminal trespass and driving a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked.

Tyler Tonucci, 23, of 525 Boston Post Rd, was charged at 7:05 p.m. with third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation.

Matthew Sousa, 30, of 345 Buckland Hills Dr, Manchester, was charged at 10:58 p.m. with driving under the influence and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

June 19

John Deane, 33, of 2 Coit St, New London, was charged at 8:07 a.m. with third-degree larceny, third-degree forgery and fraudulent use of an automated teller machine.

Esteban Rosa, 40, of 50 Palmer St, Norwich, was charged at 10 a.m. with fifth-degree larceny.

June 20

Austin Marlowe, 19, of 114 Michigan Dr, Groton, was charged at 1:15 p.m. with not having proper motor vehicle insurance and driving a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked.

June 21

Gregory Delossantos, 47, of 40 Eastern Ave, New London, was charged at 11 a.m. with driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, driving a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without proper motor vehicle insurance and committing a stop sign violation.

Patrick Fredrick, 48, of 27 Laurelwood Dr, Niantic, was charged at 12:41 a.m. with misuse of plates, driving a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked and not having proper motor vehicle insurance.
