Robert Keltner, 29, of 9 Winthrop Court, Waterford, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. for failing to drive in the proper lane on a highway, operating a motor vehicle without registration and without a license, and evading (serious injury or property damage). He was released on a promise to appear.

Susan Blake, 42, of 43 Lake Road in North Branford was arrested for failing to drive right on the highway, driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and for evading (serious physical injury and/or property damage). Bond was set at $500.
Corey Tonucci, 20, of 117 Great Neck Rd., Waterford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a highway. He was released on a promise to appear.

Anne Cyriack, 24, of 128 Mather Ave., Groton, was arrested for larceny in the 6th degree (shoplifting).
Benjamin Stavens, 20, of 18 Lois Ave., Waterford, was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and for speeding (60 miles per hour on a road). Bond was set at $500.
Michael Walden, 31, of 243 Rope Ferry Road, Waterford, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. He was released on a promise to appear.
