Marcus Howard, 21, of 2 Flint Court, Groton, was charged at 3:30 p.m. with driving motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.
Eric Vasquez, 18, of 88 Parkway S, New London, was charged at 6:30 p.m. with sixth-degree larceny: shoplifting.
