April 3

Joanne Salinas, 46, of 16 Amity St, New London, was charged at 11 a.m. with sixth-degree larceny.

Michelle Eaton, 39, of 19 Jay St, New London, was charged at 3:59 p.m. with second-degree failure to appear.

April 2

Frances Perez, 31, of 459 Shore Rd, was charged at 10:47 p..m. with driving a motor vehicle when license is refused/suspended/revoked and failure to obey a control signal.

Jennifer Chiappone-Adams, 38, of 42 Goshen Rd, was charged at 3:22 a.m. with failure to obey a turn signal and driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Troy Cortina, 18, of 596 Vaxuhall St, was charged at 10:23 p.m. with fourth-degree larceny, risking the morals of children and conspiracy to commit a crime.
