July 27

David Lyons, 44, of 84 Maple St, New London, was charged at 10:40 p.m. with possession of a controlled substance: narcotics.

July 28

Andrew Foley, 22, of 3 Seventh Ave, was charged at 3:35 p.m. with breach of peace.

Grace Beck, 52, of 13 Prindeville Ave, was charged at 8:25 a.m. with not having motor vehicle insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
