Robert Mariani, 27, of 11 Spithead Road, Waterford, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Jose Modesti, 19, of 151 Tuckie Road, North Windam, was charged with larceny 6th (shoplifting), criminal impersonation, failure to appear in the first degree, failure to appear in the second degree.
Brenda Donaldson, 44, of 15 Hobron Street, New London, was charged with operating a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused, suspended, or revoked, and with failure to wear a seatbelt.
Hector Hernandez, 59, of 66 Belden Street, New London, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and with driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
Anna Smiley, 26, of 56 Broad Street, East Hartford, was charged with operating a motor vehicle when registration is refused, suspended, or revoked; with operating a motor vehicle when license is refused, suspended, or revoked; and with failure to insurance coverage that meeting minimum requirements.

Vincent Yannacci, 39, of 3 Willow Street, Waterford, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Jessica Monahan, 34, of 29 Blueberry Hill Road, Groton, was charged with identity theft in the second degree and larceny 3rd (false pretense or promise).
Annette Pacheco, 45, of 218 Laurel Hill Avenue, Norwich, was charged with operating a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused, suspended, or revoked, and with failure to have tail lights.

Gregory Celestin, 28, of 138 Baltic Avenue, Norwich, was charged with money laundering in the first degree.
Karen Anderson, 56, of 4 Hill Road, Old Saybrook, was charged with operating a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused, suspended, or revoked.

Daniel Douton, 33, of 73-31 Oneco Avenue, New London; Javier Mays, 25, of 300 Brandegee Avenue, Groton; Margaret Graham, 30, of 93 Sunrise Avenue, Pawatucket were all charged with unlicensed contracting.
David Stevens, 23, of 771 Pequot Avenue, New London, was charged with larceny in the 6th degree (shoplifting).
