James Dedrick, 43, of 33 Woodlawn Drive, Waterford, was charged with DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jayson Tuggle, 33, of 35 Walden Street, New London, was charged with robbery in the 3rd degree and larceny in the 6th degree.

Emanuel Roman, 25, 3 Middle Street, Waterford, was charged with misuse of plates, failure to have tail lights.
James Thomas, 76, 12 McNeely Road, Versailles, CT, was charged with failure to have headlights, operating a motor vehicle without a license, misuse of plates, operating a motor vehicle without registration.
Barbara Schubler, 63, of 611 Vauxhall Street Extension, Waterford, was charged with larceny in the 6th degree.
Daniel Poole, 25, of 39 Ash Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged with reckless driving, operating a motorcycle without a license, failure to obey a control signal, insurance fails minimum requirements.

Paul Concordia, 19, 10 Beacon Hill Drive, Waterford, was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor.
