Stephanie McNeil, DOB 3/21/73, of 12 Fowler Court, New London, is charged with larceny 5th (shoplifting).
Jascinda Valentin, DOB 11/8/76, of 328 Brandford Avenue, Groton, is charged with larceny 6th (shoplifting).
Thalia Andino, DOB 6/22/94, of 28 Reed Avenue, New London, was charged with larceny 6th (shoplifting).
Abigail Feldman, DOB 7/14/86, of 153 Alston Ave., New Haven, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, and failure to drive in proper lane.
