Matthew Strollo, 19, of 13 Richards Grove Road, Quaker Hill, was charged with possession of a controlled substance/less than 4 ounces of marijuana.
Timothy Londregan, 51, of 8 Thomas Waite Drive, Old Lyme, was charged with breach of peace and criminal trespass in the second degree.
