Andrew Tomlinson, 20, of 290 Millstone Road, Waterford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (hallucinogenic substance/less than 4 ounces marijuana); possession of drug paraphernalia; possession with intent to sell hallucinogenics; possession of less than four ounces of marijuana; and failure to grant right of way.

Joshua Rakosky, 43, of 249 Rope Ferry Road, Waterford, was charged with drinking while driving and driving while under the influence of alcohol.

Rebecca Roy, 43, of 13 David Street, Waterford, was charged with larceny in the 6th degree (shoplifting)
