William Rolon, 37, of 151 Crystal Avenue, New London, was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
John Prokop, 38, of 4 Stoneridge Lane, Branford, was charged with larceny 6th (shoplifting).

Ashley Damsker, 28, of 201 North 8th Street, Philadephia, PA., was charged with larceny 6th (shoplifting).
Brian Shelley, 33, of 73 Washington Street, New London, was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
October 4, 2013
Michael Staphos, 44, of 7 Center Road, Waterford, was arrested as a fugitive without a warrant.
Tiffany Roy, 21, of 249 Church Street, Willimantic, was charged with larceny 5th (shoplifting).
Jonathan Lloyd, 27, of 44 Boston Post Road, East Lyme, was charged with operating a motor vehicle when license or registration is refused/suspended/revoked, improper use of plates, and driving an unregistered vehicle.
Chanae Willis, 31, of 44 Boston Post Road, East Lyme, was charged with failure to appear in the second degree.
