Jennifer Barstow, 51, of 34 Millers Pond Rd, was charged at 4:42 p.m. with risk of injury to a child.

James Cudworth, 32, of 2 Rau St, Vernon, was charged at 2:23 a.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
David Johnston, 19, of 96 Old Boston Post Road, Old Saybrook, was charged at 8:45 p.m. with misuse of plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and illegal plates.
James Charron, 23, of 23 Morse Ave, Atteboro, was charged at 12:47 p.m. with violation of any traffic commission regulation, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and illegal possession of a motor vehicle number plate or insert.
