AnneMarie Cates, 26, of 71 Old Norwich Road, Quaker Hill, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast and with operating a motor vehicle when license/registration is refused/revoked/suspended.
Scott Panganiban, 35, of 149 Lillybridge Avenue, Voluntown, was charged with traveling too fast for conditions, operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Alysia Larkey, 19, of 291 Route 163 Montville, was charged with larceny 6th (shoplifting)
Leah Wilcox, 19, of 51 Chesterfield Road, Oakdale, was charged with larceny 6th (shoplifting).

Jason Bruno, 35, of 310 Boston Post Road, Waterford, was charged with illegal cultivation of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance/<4oz of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ronald Polen, 47, of 89 North Road, Waterford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Jonathan Ryder, 24, of 19 Kingfisher Way, Waterford, was charged with larceny in the 6th degree (shoplifting) and with violation of probation.
Daniel Occhionero, 33, of 70 Fern Street, New London, was charged with larceny 6th (shoplifting) and with conspiracy.
Thomas Brown, 35, of 62 Jay Street, New London, was charged with larceny 6th (shoplifting) and conspiracy.
