A male Border Collie went missing in the Dimmock Road area of Waterford, according to Waterford-East Lyme Animal Control.
He weighs 45 to 50 lbs. Animal Control cautions against approaching the dog as he is scared. Instead, they ask people to call call 860-389-5064 with any sightings or information.
