Hot Rod Café Supports Safe Futures in July

NEW LONDON, Conn. (June 23, 2014) – Hot Rod Café, located at 114 Bank Street in New London, is supporting Safe Futures throughout the month of July. The campaign kicks off on Monday, July 7th from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. as Hot Rod Café will donate 20% of all food sales to the organization in order to help with programs and other resources. Then, for the remaining days of the month, a donation jar will be located at the bar for guests to show their support and donate to this worthy cause. And as each person makes a donation, guests will have the opportunity to show others their support simply by writing their name on stars, which will decorate the walls of Hot Rod’s throughout the month of July. Donations will be accepted in increments of $1, $5, $10, and $20.
