ACAct Inquiry

I emailed our Ct. US senators and our District US representative this inquiry:
Sir:
Please tell me if the active waiver for ACA for members of congress is written in the ACA law. If yes, please note the identification number attached to the wording that affords such a waiver of the ACA for congress members.
If no, how can such a waiver be constitutional allowable?
