10 Ways to Prevent The Flu!

These 10 ways to prevent the flu are easy and simple. They aren't that hard. Just do this basically everyday. Make it a routine.

The flu has symptoms such as fever, coughing, congestion, aching, chills and fatigue. Each year there is an average of 23,600 deaths from the flu!

Here are ten steps to avoid it:

1. Get a flu shot

2. Keep you hands clean

3. Keep your hands off your face

4. Support your immune system ( Foods such as green tea, garlic, hot peppers, and chicken soup.)

5. Stay hydrated ( At least 64 oz. of water each day!)

6. Exercise

7. Keep surfaces clean

8. Avoid dry air

9. Make sure you don't share anything with anyone

10. Avoid people spreading germs to you like ( coughing and sneezing)
