- VA-Certificate of Eligibility
- Self-Employed – Two years of tax returns
- Three most recent bank account statements
- Monthly debt information
- Last year’s W-2 forms
- Credit card numbers
- Child support/alimony
- Divorce decree
- Lease Agreement
- Current pay stubs
- Drivers License
- Social Security card
- Application deposit
- A good real estate agent
