2. When Pigs Fly, the breakfast and lunch restaurant in Jordan Village, is expanding into the vacant space next door, according to a report by Waterford Town Planner Mark Wujtewicz.

The application has been submitted and the town’s staff is now reviewing it, according to Wujtewicz.
