Email scam - "Wall"mart

We have received numerous calls re a scam email about "your $900.00 TV purchase from WalMart". Walmart is not sending these emails, it is a scam trying to "phish" your credit card information. If you receive this type of email, please delete it. In the body of the email it apparently says Wall"mart, and the Waterford WalMart has received numerous calls. AS always, if you feel that your credit information has been compromised, please call your credit card companies and Equifax, Trans-Union, or other credit rating companies to ensure that no new accounts have been opened. We are trying to get the email sent to us so we can post what it looks like for you, if you have received this email please forward it to Lt. Mahoney at bmahoney@waterfordct.org.
