When Are Waterford's Tree Lighting Ceremonies?

You'll have two chances to attend Christmas tree lighting and carol singing events in Waterford on December 10 at Town Hall and December 14 in Quaker Hill.

New London and Niantic's trees were fully illuminated over the weekend but Waterford is waiting until closer to the holiday to light its two Christmas trees.

The annual tree lighting at Waterford Town Hall will be held Tuesday, December 10 at 6:00 p.m. The event will be heralded by holiday songs starting at 5:45 p.m. with singing led by Waterford High School Chorus and the Waterford Girl Scout and Brownie Troops. Santa arrives at 6:00 p.m.

The tree on the green at Quaker Hill will be lit on Saturday, December 14, with a ceremony that begins with singing at 5:00 p.m. Santa will arrive shortly thereafter to light the tree.
