Charity Bookshop June Sale

The Charity Bookshop June Sale runs through June 28. All books with blue dots will be on sale at half-price. CD's, DVD's, and other items with blue dots are also on sale. All proceeds from the Charity Bookshop go directly to the Child and Family Agency of Southeastern CT - http://www.childandfamilyagency.org/

*UPDATE - Last week we received a shipment of new hardcover books and trade paperbacks. These include Transatlantic by Colum McCann, The Collector of Dying Breaths by M.J. Rose, Suite Francaise by Irene Nemirovsky, The Curse: Big-Time Gambling's Seduction of a Small New England Town, Luanne Rice's The Lemon Orchard and much, much more. This shipment was followed by generous donations of used books in good condition, which included much history, religion and other non-fiction.

Our paperback and hardcover fiction shelves are brimming with new and used books. Non-fiction covers a wide variety of subjects from history (including military history) to art, antiques and interior decorating, crafts, travel, health and cooking, among other subjects. We have some gorgeous art books that arrived recently and books by Martha Stewart on entertaining and decorating.

Our prices are unbeatable on new and used books, ranging from $0.25 to $2.00 on most books. A few gorgeous coffee table books are priced at $5.00. Children's books sell for half the price of adult books.

The Charity Bookshop is open on Wednesday and Saturday from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM and on Thursday from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
We are closed during holiday weekends.
