Waterford's First Snowfall of the Season Possible Tuesday

The National Weather Service is predicting a snow-and-rain mixture for Tuesday.

The National Weather Service is predicting Waterford’s first snowfall of the season Tuesday, saying a snow-and-rain mixture is likely in the morning, with snow possible at night.

The service predicts rain and snow Tuesday morning, which will turn to rain by 1 p.m. Snow is also possible Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, although little accumulation is expected, according to the service.

Waterford has already lost a week of school because of Superstorm Sandy. Patch will post school delays or closings as soon as they happen, if they happen.
