The Conservation Commission at the end of May. However, the Planning and Zoning Commission still needs to rule on the application, Planning Director Tom Wagner said. Wagner said the Conservation Commission’s ruling will be factored into the decision.

Kobyluck actually has two proposals to the Planning and Zoning Commission. The first is to get 28 Industrial Drive approved as a buildable lot, which will be less affected by the Conservation Commission’s ruling although hampered by other problems brought forth by Wagner. The second, a special permit to install the stone processing facility at 28 Industrial Drive, is where the Conservation Commission’s ruling comes directly into play.
