2.  Tuesday night, the Board of Selectmen unanimously approved two grants for studies on the town-owned Nevins cottage. One is for $5,000 to provide a structural condition assessment and report on the cottage and the second is for $1,200 to produce a feasibility study on the cottage. The money is to see what money is needed to renovate the historical cottage, which the town currently rents. The work will be done by GNCB Consulting Engineers.

3. Tonight is in the Waterford High School auditorium at 7:30. The concert will feature the Waterford High School's jazz choir, jazz ensemble and jazz combo. The event is free to the public.
