Get Out: Five Great Things To Do This Weekend
Because It's No Fun To Stay Home All Weekend
We know you’re probably busy stocking up on all those school lunch necessities—fruit snacks, juice boxes and chocolate chip cookies. Those lunchboxes can wait because we’d rather you sink your teeth into some juicy peaches at Holmberg’s this weekend. We know you’re just dying to sharpen those No. 2 pencils and stuff the kids’ monogrammed L.L. Bean backpacks with fresh school supplies, but really, those things can wait. There’s a great mix of entertainment at The Kate all weekend, the Hamburg Fair in Lyme, a marine expo in Mystic, a craft fair in Essex and pick-your-own raspberries and peaches at the orchard. So stop fussing over those back-to-school outfits and get ready for the weekend!
