Tony Sheridan, Chairman of the Southeastern Connecticut Chamber of Commerce, brought the ribbon. Waterford First Selectman Dan Steward made sure the scissors were sharp. Cowlicks Creamery owners Amy Yeomans and Tara Mazzalla did the honors and thanked everyone for helping make their business dream come true. Then came the best part—everyone helped themselves to frozen yogurt!
