Missing Niantic Girl Found Safe In Groton
She was found in Groton after someone recognized her photo from the Silver Alert and called police.
The 16-year-old Niantic girl reported missing since Saturday has been found.
State Police at Troop E said Jocelyn Rose Bernstein was spotted in Groton by someone who recognized her from the picture sent out as part of a Silver Alert yesterday.
The last time anyone had seen her, she was with a friend on East Pattagansett Road in East Lyme. The person who recognized her called the police, who located the girl in Groton at about 2 a.m.. Police say she is unharmed and back home with her family now.
