This Weekend: Breakfast with Santa, Eastern Connecticut Symphony Orchestra Concert

Yup, the weekend is here again. We know you’re terribly worried about finding things to keep you occupied until your return to the real world on Monday. To make your life just that much easier, we’ve done you a huge favor. Yes, we’ve put together enough weekend events to keep you wildly busy. In fact, we have so much going on that we pretty much guarantee that you won’t be able to accomplish every feat on our list. But hey, go ahead and try. Here’s what’s happening this weekend:

WHERE/WHEN: Shows are Thursday through Saturday at 8 p.m. at the Groton Senior Center.

WHY GO: It’s a night at the Plaza—but way closer to home.

PRICING: Tickets are $12 each.

WHERE/WHEN: Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at the in Gales Ferry.

WHY GO: There’s nothing like a little theater to brighten up a weekend!

PRICING: Tickets are $5 each and will be available at the door.

WHERE/WHEN: Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon at the Crystal Mall.

WHY GO: Don’t wait ‘til the last minute to share your wish list with Santa!

PRICING: Fee for one-year Kidgits membership is $5. Event is free to members.

WHERE/WHEN: Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at in Uncasville.

WHY GO: Get a jump start on that holiday shopping!

PRICING: Admission is free.

WHERE/WHEN: Show is Saturday at 8 p.m. at the .

WHY GO: It’s a night out at the Garde! What’s not to love?

PRICING: Tickets range from $27 to $54 each.

WHERE/WHEN: Sunday from noon to 3 p.m. at the Mystic museum.

WHY GO: This is your chance to sneak in a little more fall before Christmas takes center stage.

PRICING: No charge.

: Our state archaeologist will give a talk entitled “The Search for Ezra Chamberlin and the Confederate Submarine H. L. Hunley” on Thursday at 7 p.m.

: Show will start at 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and at 2 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets will be available at the door.

: Stop by the Ledyard Congregational Church on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and check out this year’s spread!

: Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at in New London.
