Maple and Main Gallery, One Maple Street in Chester, will open its second anniversary show with a celebratory reception on Friday, Aug. 31 from 5 to 8 p.m. The show runs through October. Gallery hours are Wednesday through Saturday, 11 am – 6 pm and Sunday 10 am – 5 pm.
The 2nd Anniversary Show offers for sale more than 200 new works of painting and sculpture by the 33 elected member artists represented by the gallery and three guest artists, in variety of styles and mediums.
Housed in a late 1700s restored building that started as a ship’s chandlery, Maple and Main is one of the leading galleries in the state.
