Video: The Work Of Cristin Cawley

Above is a few brief seconds of the work of Waterford resident Cristin Cawley.

Friday, Cawley, along with others performed some modern dance pieces at the Parade Plaza in downtown New London. Cawley has performed her work in Connecticut and New York.

The dance was held at the Parade to encourage New London to purchase transportable platforms with Marley Floors, Waterford native Libby Nye said. The parade is cement, and it is difficult for dancers to dance on it because it’s too hard. The platforms would fix that problem, she said.
