Summer Concerts Are Coming Soon To Waterford Beach Park

If you're planning how to spend the summer, don't forget to mark Wednesdays at Waterford Park Beach on your calendar.

Is there anything better than summer at Waterford Beach Park? You've got the beach, the marsh, the lawns and playground and, as if that wasn't enough to satisfy the soul, there's music too!

Concerts are held every Wednesday starting June 26 and run from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., unless otherwise noted. This year's lineup has something to suit everyone's tastes. Here's what's coming: 

June 26: Waterford Community Band (6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.) 
July 3: Branded (Patriotic/Country)
July 10: The Collective (James Taylor/Carly Simon Collections).
July 17: Mind, Body, and Soul (Motown)
July 24: Steve Elci (children's concert) 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
July 31: Azalea Drive (R&B)
August 7: Xisles (steel drum)
August 14: Vince Thompson (folk/bluegrass)
August 21: Southern Voice (country)
August 28: Steel Dream (percussion/steel drum)

Please Note: Bands may change and concerts will be canceled if it rains. (There are no rain dates). Concerts are for all ages, so bring the kids and a picnic and a Frisbee or a ball to kick around. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on town property and no dogs are allowed at the park or the beach during the summer season.
