Today’s fireworks, and tonight’s family night at the beach have been cancelled because of the rain, according to Recreation and Parks Program Director Kerry Sullivan.
The family night at Waterford Beach was expected to have fireworks, hot air balloon rides and a concert by Veronica Ballestrini. The events will not be rescheduled.
